Obedience Classes

Basic Obedience

We offer basic obedience training for dogs & owners of all ages. We will teach you the techniques you need to help your dog learn the basics!  $175 for a seven week course.

Owners Orientation (no dogs) for ALL classes on the first night, everyone comes 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
For the remaining six training sessions you and your dog will come at your chosen time slot (5:30p, 6:30p or 10am).

Techniques you will learn:

• Sits & sit-stays
• Down & down-stays
• Heeling with turns
• Recalls (including on a 6′ and 30′ line)
• And many other fun training games & techniques for you and your dog

Please note the first class is an orientation, no dogs allowed. You will bring your dog starting with the second class.

Very Important: Please be sure to have all vaccines sent over to the Boarding Office PRIOR to orientation night. We require 4 Veterinary administered vaccinations that must be current during the length of training. Those vaccinations are Bordetella, DHLP-P, Rabies & Canine Influenza. In addition, print out and complete the Basic Obedience Training Form as well as the Registration Form and bring in the night of orientation.

Intermediate Obedience

For our graduates of the basic obedience class, Intermediate Training is available twice a year,  which consists of refining the previous learned basic skills as well as the option of the AKC Canine Good Citizen Test.

$150 for a six week course. NO ORIENTATION FOR INTERMEDIATE

Very Important: Veterinary proof of current Bordatella, DHLP, Canine Flu & Rabies vaccinations from a Veterinarian are required PRIOR to Orientation.

Conformation Class

Have you ever wanted to compete in a dog show with your four legged friend? Come and Learn how to show your dog, all skill levels are welcome! $20 per handler for drop in classes on Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm
